Exchange and Refund policy

Gulabzai group is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Thank you for your purchase with us. We hope you are happy with what you bought. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason or if wrong or defective product is delivered, pick up the phone and dial our help line number.
You can also fill the contact us form on our website and mobile application or visit our outlets.
Please make sure to exchange within the next 3-months of purchase; we will be happy to assist you and provide you with the best resolution.

If the customer is not fully satisfied for any reason, we are happy to accommodate the product with another one. The customer can return the defective product and exchange it with the new one.
We provide a replacement warranty on all of our products. However, we do not accept any exchange after three months from the date of purchase or shipment.
Gulabzai group exchange policy is applicable within the three months of purchase date; any claim received for a damaged or defective item after that time will not be entertained.
If the customer believes that the product was damaged during shipment, you can quickly contact us to resolve it as per your convenience. Aftee three months we won’t be offering any exchange of the product.
Gulabzai group does not have any comprehensive money refund policy in case of an unsatisfied customer.
We can only exchange the damaged, defective or unliked product with the other one. We will not refund you, your money back.
Customers should note that our company will not pay any delivery charges during the product exchange. In case of an exchange, the customer will pay the delivery charges to the vendor.
The company has the reserved right to change the refund and exchange policy at any time without any notification.
You must have the payment details, receipt, order number, and all other details related to the purchase of the product. For exchange, feel free to contact customer support, explain the issue and ask to exchange the product within the three months. If you are requesting on our web portal, kindly provide the following details:

  2. Name of the order
  3. Contact number
  4. Email the order made with
  5. Other details regarding defect
  6. You can also attach snap (optional)

The company correctly keeps the order history of keeping every purchase of a product on record. The record supports all the purchased products with the details: purchasing dates, time, address, total prices inclusive of tax, delivery rates, if any, and any other relevant order details.
