Exchange and Refund policy
At Gulabzai Group, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return items eligible for a return.
Eligibility for Return
– The product must be in the same condition as when received, with original packaging, accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and all brand or security seals intact.
– The returned product must be the exact item originally received.
– The product must not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
– Items faulty due to voltage issues or similar factors may not be eligible for return.
If you receive a defective item, it is eligible for a full refund or exchange after our verification process. Any claims made after the return period will be treated as warranty claims.
Warranty and Returns for Showroom Model Units
Showroom Model/ Display units come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. Returns are accepted within 7 days, and requests must be made by calling our support team. Products identified as defective will not be eligible for replacement.
Refund Duration
Upon receiving your returned item, the return process may take up to 14 business days. After processing, refunds will take 7 to 14 business days to appear on your payment card statement or bank account.
How to Initiate a Return
For items purchased from Gulabzai Group store:
- Bring the item to any Gulabzai Group store with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Visit the store’s Customer Support or Returns desk and inform the staff that you would like to process a return.
For items purchased from www.kaka.pk:
- In-Store Return: Bring the item to any Gulabzai Group store with the original receipt or proof of purchase
2. Online Return: Email your order details to support@kaka.pk or WhatsApp + 92 300 0308025 and our customer support team will provide the necessary return instructions.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note:
– Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
– Tax amounts deducted in digital transactions will not be reversed.
Restocking Fee
A minimum restocking fee of 15% may be applied to opened or used products to cover handling and restocking costs.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items received at delivery.
Exchange is only possible within 7 days of delivery and within the same product category.
To exchange an item, please contact our customer support department via WhatsApp + 92 300 0308025 or email support@kaka.pk. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued following the standard refund process.
Online Transactions
If you notice an unauthorized transaction from your bank/online account, report it to us at the earliest. We do not take responsibility for fraud cases after the order is dispatched.
Important Notes
Gulabzai Group reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. If customers abuse the return policy, such as excessive returns, returning items not in their original condition, or frequently canceling or refusing orders, Gulabzai Group retains the right to issue warnings, implement restrictions, refuse returns, and/or suspend or terminate relevant customer accounts as deemed necessary.
