SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Gulabzai Group offers free shipping all across Pakistan. After placing an order online, you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed successfully.

Next you will receive a confirmation call to verify the information provided in the order.

Once the order has been verified it gets shipped to the provided address the same day.

Delivery time is 2-3 business days and will be shipped by M & P courier service. For Cash On Delivery Orders, Payments Will Be Collected at the Time of Delivery from The Shipping Address.

We are open from Monday to Saturday 1-5 pm.

Free shipping is not applicable on promotional/sale items.

RETURN & EXCHANGE:
Articles can be returned within 07 days from the date of delivery, A replacement can be arranged but is only applicable if certain conditions are met*
items having stains, are shrunk, body odor, perfume, water stains, have marks of any sort will not be applicable for returns.
Returns are only applicable if the product has any kind of manufacturing defect
All items bought under sale or any other promotion are not applicable for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Contact Gulabzai Group support by emailing us pictures of the defected product at connect@Gulabzai Group.com.pk. After review you will get notified if your return is applicable. Shipping and handling cost is refundable only in case there of a manufacturing defect. The processing time for return items is 2 weeks.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

To cancel an order, email your order number at connect@Gulabzai Group.com.pk with cancellation Reasons.

No return is possible after the order has been shipped, in that case return and exchange policy will apply.

PAYMENT SECURITY:
We offer Cash on delivery orders, payments are made upon delivery of the shipping address.
REFUND POLICY:
When the item is recovered, the eligible amount will be refunded as follows:

For effective product that provides you with in Lahore, the refund may be collected from our office. Orders outside the Lahore will be issued payment / deposit online on behalf of a client referred to in the details of the consignment.
In the case of payment by credit card / debit card or PayPal, the refund will be credited to the same account. It takes up to 5 working days for online discount to reflect on his statement.
Please allow us up to 7 days to return the products to be processed after goods are received.
Returns, exchanges and refunds will be provided only for goods purchased by only www.Gulabzai Group.com.pk.
Products and items purchased in the sales or other promotions are not eligible for returns and exchanges, unless you have received damaged goods.
